Talk one-to-one with a verified agricultural expert about your crops, pests, diseases, soil, irrigation or livestock, in your own language, from the FarmAro app.
How it works
- Open Agri Expert in the FarmAro app and browse experts near you, with their qualifications, languages and experience.
- Choose an expert and request a 15-minute consultation.
- When the expert accepts, you talk on a live audio call inside the app.
Pricing
- Each expert sets their own fee for a 15-minute session.
- The total amount, including applicable taxes, is shown in the app before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
- The fee includes FarmAro's platform commission; the rest goes to the expert.
- Payment is made in advance through our authorised payment gateway using UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.
Current status: consultations are free during the pilot. Paid booking is coming soon in the app.
Refunds
If the expert does not accept, does not join, or the call fails for technical reasons, you get a full refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For experts
Qualified agronomists, veterinarians and farming specialists can apply from the app. After approval you set your fee, accept requests when available, and receive your share of each completed paid session in your bank account, after FarmAro's commission and any taxes required by law.
