Shipping & Delivery Policy

FarmAro is operated by Sayabanna Suresh Mededar (sole proprietor), trading as FarmAro. All paid FarmAro services are digital services delivered inside the FarmAro mobile app. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is delivered to a postal address.

Agri expert consultations

• What is delivered: a one-to-one live audio consultation of up to 15 minutes with the agricultural expert you selected.
• How it is delivered: inside the FarmAro app on your phone, using an internet connection.
• When it is delivered: the consultation starts after the expert accepts your request, usually within a few minutes. If the expert does not accept within 30 minutes, the request expires.
• Confirmation: the consultation appears in your consultation history in the app, and payment confirmation is shown in the app and by your payment provider.

Shop subscriptions

Shop and showroom subscriptions are activated in the app as soon as Google Play or the Apple App Store confirms the purchase.

Returns

Because services are delivered digitally and consumed in real time, they cannot be returned. Refunds for consultations that could not take place are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
